Obiectivul acestui studiu include un raport a dou\u0103 cazuri diagnosticate \u00eentr-o clinic\u0103 de gastroenterologie pediatric\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Material \u0219i metode:<\/strong> studiu observa\u021bional, retrospectiv al pacien\u021bilor diagnostica\u021bi cu HI din septembrie 2010 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een decembrie 2011 la clinica de gastroenterologie pediatric\u0103 a unui spital ter\u021biar. S-a considerat un diagnostic de HI \u00een prezen\u021ba a 2 sau mai multe simptome digestive caracteristice, a nivelurilor de diaminooxidaz\u0103 (DAO) reduse \u0219i \/ sau a r\u0103spunsului la o diet\u0103 cu con\u021binut sc\u0103zut de histamin\u0103 cu teste negative de alergie alimentar\u0103 mediate de IgE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rezultate:<\/strong> au fost diagnostica\u021bi \u0219aisprezece pacien\u021bi. B\u0103ie\u021bii au predominat fa\u021b\u0103 de fete(11\/5). V\u00e2rsta medie la debutul simptomului a fost de 4 ani (6 luni vs. 13 ani \u0219i 6 luni) \u0219i v\u00e2rsta medie la diagnostic a fost de 6 ani \u0219i 6 luni (17 luni fa\u021b\u0103 de 13 ani \u0219i 11 luni), cu un interval de 2 ani \u0219i 1 lun\u0103 \u00eentre debutul simptomului \u0219i diagnostic (5 luni vs. 4 ani). Simptomele predominante au inclus dureri abdominale difuze (16\/16), diaree intermitent\u0103 (10\/16), cefalee (5\/16), v\u0103rs\u0103turi intermitente (4\/16) \u0219i erup\u021bii cutanate (2\/16). Diagnosticul a fost stabilit prin m\u0103surarea nivelurilor de diaminooxidaz\u0103 plasmatic\u0103, care au fost sub 10 kU \/ L (normal&gt; 10 kU \/ L) \u00een 14 cazuri \u0219i prin eliminarea simptomelor la ini\u021bierea unei diete cu histamin\u0103 sc\u0103zut\u0103. La doi pacien\u021bi, nivelurile DAO au fost peste 10 kU \/ L, dar au r\u0103spuns la diet\u0103. Tratamentul s-a bazat pe o diet\u0103 s\u0103rac\u0103 \u00een alimente care con\u021bin histamin\u0103, iar antihistaminicele H1 \u0219i H2 au trebuit ad\u0103ugate pentru dou\u0103 cazuri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concluzii:<\/strong>&nbsp;Intoleran\u021ba la histamin\u0103 este o boal\u0103 pu\u021bin cunoscut\u0103, cu o inciden\u021b\u0103 poten\u021bial relevant\u0103. Pl\u00e2ngerile predominante includ dureri abdominale difuze, diaree, cefalee \u0219i v\u0103rs\u0103turi cronice intermitente. Diagnosticul s\u0103u se bazeaz\u0103 pe suspiciunea clinic\u0103, m\u0103surarea DAO plasmatic\u0103 \u0219i r\u0103spunsul la o diet\u0103 sc\u0103zut\u0103 cu histamin\u0103.
